This is by far the best hidden gem of Austin! Katy is the best manicurist I’ve ever had and I have never left the salon not satisfied. All of the staff are very kind and understanding to any need you have. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality manicure or pedicure!!
They did a terracotta color I love! Staff was friendly and helpful. Just the right amount of talk and relax.
Kha is the best nail person I've ever had do my nails!!! They're always exactly what I asked for and always perfect when I walk out!! Helen is the most awesome at spa pedicures shell make you feel like a million bucks for 40! Katie is so sweet and funny and always remembers me everytime. Everybody here talks to you like were old friends not just dollar bills love love love this place!! Best place I've been to in 20 years!!!
TL:DR DON’T GO HEREnnMy wife went in to get her nails done, decided to try a new place because of the good ratings. Told the tech exactly what she wanted and the tech did not listen to her requests at all. The only thing she got right was the color, because my wife picked it out. The nails were put on crooked and they were extremely thick, to the point where somebody else had to come in and “fix” them. I only say it that way because they didn’t even fix the crooked nails or the thickness and on top of that, they painted them badly—very uneven coat, you could actually see the nail in some spots. And finally, they refused to redo them completely at a lower price or even refund the money we already paid. Totally unprofessional, completely lacking quality and did not live up to the reviews.
