Waste of time. Booked two massages and two adjustments. They called the morning of our appointments to confirm our appointment. Then I received a call an hour before our appointment (4 PM) that the adjustments couldn’t be done because the Chiro had an emergency and would be out for two weeks. They told us they would still get us in for our massages though. I show up for my massage, my boyfriends massage was at a later time and they tell me that they can only see one of us today. My boyfriend had already moved things around for this appointment and so I told him he could have it. Even though I was having really bad back pain and needed an adjustment & massage done. Then they tell me the massage had to be done right away & they couldn’t wait for my boyfriend, so I ended up canceling the appointment. I was pretty upset but didn’t make a big deal. They told me that they would call me back in two weeks to set up an appointment for the adjustments and they would give us a discount. Cool.nnA few hours later we get a voicemail from the massage therapist asking my boyfriend if he was still showing up for his appointment ?? All this after the front desk told us it had been double booked and wasn’t possible. I called them immediately because at this point it just seemed completely disorganized and disrespectful. Again they apologized and offered free services and discounts.nnFour weeks later I still have yet to receive a call back from them, I guess their chiropractor never returned. At this point it seems like they could care less about people’s time & money or well being.

The owner is a veteran and knows how to treat people who are in pain. Not only is this place extremely clean and beautiful on the inside, it is a one stop shop for all your needs; hyperbaric chamber, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, massage, etc. The owner, Justice, and the staff are very kind and will help you with whatever you need, as well as work with you! I plan on visiting every time I am in town (since I recently moved).

Amazing place with a great customer Service. I’m surprised with the science and the methods they used to refresh your body. The Staff are very knowledgeable in their field and I highly recommend them.
