The staff was so helpful. They made things so much easier. Lots of good pointers.
Got charged for an extra day. Went in to find out why. It was my fault, that's cool. I just needed to find out why I got charged $140 instead of $50. After I went to my vehicle, the storage employee appears to loose her appendix in laughter as she pointed and laughed as I left. Steve attempted to follow up with me after this initial review, but I was in the middle of a ptsd attack. When I told Steven I had a mental handicap and asked if he would call me back, he just said bye and hung up. Didn't return the call. He's the one I dealt with securing the u-haul...Even thanked me for my service. What he said shows me his words aren't worth much.
Excellent service! Very clean and everyone was extremely helpful! Also, well stocked with moving supplies and boxes. Will keep using this as my #1 Uhaul rental location!
Wonderful place, I have dealt with them 2x now. Every time they have been professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. I’ve been working around the clock on top of moving and they really took so much stress off my shoulders. Just in awe of their consideration to their customers. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else to rent. It’s so nice to have a good experience like the one I’ve had with this place. To top it all off my rental van was freshly sanitized and clean! Highly recommend this place of business to anyone!
