Wonderful location. The units and the office are always clean. The rates are reasonable.nnI have been renting for 3 years now and Tom Orozco has always been very kind and courteous since the very first day that he rented to us.nnI would definitely recommend this location to anyone searching for a great place to store their items.

What a warm welcome I got when I first moved from DC to TX. Tom was very helpful when I first moved my stuff in, and today a year later as I move myself out, he is just as friendly and helpful. Thank you Tom and Life Storage. Great upfront deal and monthly rates!

Was in a pinch, Ron came through for me and helped ease a lot of potential costs with our movers. Was able to get into a unit after business hours, had a pad lock waiting and everything. Excellent customer service!

THIS LIFE STORAGE IS THE BEST FACILITY IN NORTH AUSTIN.nWe run a business with interior design and residential projects with a variety of clients and vendors. Needless to say, our needs change month to month. I've tried other facilities closer to some job site and walk away regretting the short cut that becomes a hassle. Really enjoy working with Tom and Ron at this Life Storage facility. They're always on site and a phone call away when I need a unit same day or next day. The parking lot is clean and secure.

I've had a storage unit at Life Storage for quite a while now. It is clean (no roaches or rodents) and easy to use. I think the service at the front desk has actually improved since becoming Life (used to be Uncle Bob's Storage).
