Definitely a place worthy of 5 stars. I came in looking to get a Box Spring for my new bed frame and was able to get assistance as soon as I got in. The best part was that Teddy went the extra-mile by delivering it to my house on the same day! Really appreciated being treated like family here. Will definitely be back for anything mattress related.

Update on my previous review...nnBuying experience was great but upon arrival, the mattress was obviously torn and resewn. It’s a very clear defect on the mattress but we needed the mattress at that point since we had already cleared out our old one.nnWe called to figure out how to get a replacement mattress since this one was subpar on quality especially for the price we paid. When we reached out to this branch, we were told to call the one in Georgetown for this particular issue. That store apparently is closed due to none rent payment. We have waited for 6 months to figure out if we, in fact, are getting a mattress that doesn’t come with a flaw. At this point I’m going to assume it’s not happening and I’m just praying that the rip doesn’t bust open because that would be a serious waste of thousands of dollars for us.nnBeware of paying a high price for clearly flawed products.

We are so happy with our adjustable bed and mattress from UltiMattress in Cedar Park. We got our bed within 1 week from ordering. Kyle assisted us and was wonderful. He was very patient with us and we had loads of questions. He steered us to the best bed for the best deal (we researched other mattress places including on-line mattresses). The bed is made in Texas and has an Excellent Guarantee policy. They set it up for us and the follow up from Kyle was excellent. Can’t say enough great things about this company.nArtie and Sheri

Andy is a great salesman, not pushy and tried very hard to get us a deal. He made buying a mattress as painless as possible. Their prices were excellent and they gave us plenty of time to find what we need. Definetly coming back when we need a new mattress.
