Mega Furniture

My wife and I purchased an accent chair with the help of Lisa. Good selection of merchandise and Lisa was a delight to work with. Our entire experience from beginning to end was 5 star. We will definitely be back the next time we are looking for furniture for our home. A special shout out to Daniel too.

Update: We finally got our chairs, but it wasn’t an easy process. Thankful we are done with Mega Furniture for good! ⚠ufe0fWe ordered furniture in August 2020, with a delivery date of 2-3 weeks. We are still missing 2 chairs for our kitchen dining table, and it’s now almost February 2021! Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. We’ve been hung up on. They promise to look into our order, and to call us back - but never do. They won’t answer emails. Even the online customer service chat was ended abruptly when we asked for help there. We’ve been nothing but polite and patient thus far, but I’ve had enough now. We paid for our furniture out right (didn’t finance with them), and we’d very much like to be done with this company once and for all. I don’t recommend doing business with Mega Furniture to anyone, unless you’re willing to be ignored and wait indefinitely to get your stuff delivered. (My dormant inner Karen is threatening to come out for literally the second time in my entire life, and it won’t be pretty!)

I was 100% delighted to find a beautiful side table buffet that was exactly what I needed for my living area. I was so blessed by the help of the team and making my decision and they were so helpful to ensure it was delivered with excellence. Highly recommend Mega Furniture.

On date12/30/2020 i bought sofas with love seat. i pay full amount and they promise to deliver my items on 1/08/2021. someone from store called on this delivery date and mentioned one of the item which is love seat is broken and told me that they will deliver when the missing item is available . they also told me the big sofa is one the way to my home. i wait whole day and no one show up. called customer service many time but no one answer the phone. the scary part i got a call later night around 10pm and received automated message that my item will be delivered within an hour. what kind of company deliver items at this late? while i am writing review someone was knocking my door probably this delivery guy but i am scared to open a door at this late. their delivery window says 10am to 7pm and do not know why they attempted to deliver at 10pm. anyway i will see the next day and probably cancel this order and never buy any items from mega furniture but will see.
