This place is great. Cheaper than others I saw in my area. I got first month half off. And the climate controlled is great.nI would have liked to have known how the units were set up, with the climate controlled ones in the middle and the non-clomate controlled ones on the outside.nIt would be better if they had some kind of carts or rolling things to help with the climate controlled units.nSecurity is great. And staff is friendly.

The GM, Nathaniel, was knowledgeable, efficient, super friendly and made this such an easy experience for me!nnI started talking to a guy in what seemed to be a call center who was very helpful too. He made the reservation for me close to the end of the day on Friday. I was told I would get a call back very soon, but he had to give the standard 24 hour disclaimer too. I hung up the phone and, almost immediately, Nathaniel called! I would be moving the next morning so that response speed was both shocking and fantastic. Close the the end of the day and this guy didn’t “check out” mentally and I appreciate it.nnWhen I showed up, he walked me through everything. I’d never rented a storage unit before. Never once felt weird about anything. Brother earned his title.nnStorage unit was easy to get to. Area was clean. Worked perfectly for my needs
