Adolescent children, you would think young people would know more about phones, computers, programming but no kids today are not taught by their parents, they're not taught by the school system, and they don't have any life experience but they are hired to work at the AT&T store with no knowledge what they're doing and how to talk to adults. AT&T is stopping the 3G service just like they did the switchboard service on Mayberry RFD or the Andy Griffin show. Now this is for adults remember Opie Taylor? And Sarah the switchboard operator? This is a warning to all adults if you have a problem please do not expect a child to be able to guide you through a solution research it and do it yourself.

The AT&T store on Taylor, TX was the closest location were I could take care of an issue with one of the phones on my account. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. It was a pleasant surprise confiding this location is not in a large town or suburb.
