These people are great. No matter how arcane or jumbled my request, they understand what I want and are extremely helpful. Smart, competent, friendly staff, and fast refills. I'm moving, I so wish I could take them with me.
Helpful staff. Worked diligently with myself and doctors to lower the cost of my medications or to align with the $4 or $9 plan. Saving grace between jobs. Prompt refills and delivery of medications.
I got my flu shot here because they have Flublok, the kind that doesn't contain chicken eggs. Everyone was super nice and they got to me as soon as they could. Fan was the one who administered the shot and it was so quick and painless. She was wonderful!
The Walmart Lake Creek Pharmacy team has been a game changer for my 2018 and 2019! With my dad recently being diagnosed with dementia and diabetes, I'm there so often picking up my dad's different prescriptions and have had to quickly learn about Medicare, diabetes, and often feel quite overwhelmed.nnLadan, Sharon, and Tina always energetically greet me with warm smiles and Logan and Brandy always check to see whether a Good Rx coupon can lower a medicine's price. Caleb called around to several different Walmart pharmacies when I needed a prescription right before surgery. Jerad, the pharmacy manager, along with the other wonderful pharmacists like Casey and Lan have answered my MANY questions with great patience and kindness. They REALLY care!nnIn addition to their knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency filling prescriptions, this team's compassion for their customers and passion for what they do is memorable and so encouraging. This year thanks to Jerad, Walmart contracted to have a complimentary info table staffed with knowledgeable consultants like Laura who helped me find a great and affordable Medicare Part D plan for my dad.nnI don't want to even imagine how this year would have gone without Walmart Lake Creek's Pharmacy team!
