It is a nice store, but lately if you buy clearance in store or online you're not able to returned or exchange at all. Since we are in this social distance it will be awesome to have a bigger space when shoes are in clearance. Also no automatic doors in the entrance of Dillard's at Lakeline Mall. So far, good place to shop. But if you're looking for more variety Domain and Barton Creek Mall is a must.

Rude, dismissive lady at counter. :( still purchased my TEXAS pendant/necklace....friend refused to purchase her ring she she just wanted to replace the ring that was stolen from her in a treatment.she just wanted to save her life and be sober. It was a gift to herself for being sober a whole year. Thank you lady at James Avery counter. :-(... so we decided to go to another location where they smiled and we're welcoming.BE KIND TEXAS

The ladies did a great job helping me pick out perfume for my wife for Christmas. She returned only one of the two I purchased (which is a win). The only issue is when she went to return it they front ladies sent her to Customer Service who tried to send her back. They did get it taken care of.

Pam, in the formal dress area, was the absolute rudest person I’ve encountered in a retail establishment. After slipping some racial comments under her breath to my 16 year old daughter- we decided to leave. I will be going above her head to address the issue. I will also gladly pay double for a dress elsewhere. What a terrible way to represent your company.

Beautiful layout and one side department is for women's attire and separate department in another wing is for men. Interesting and good prices from what we saw.
