We received recommendations from a couple of shop owners, to visit this place for lunch. So glad that we did. It is set up in the old Taylor High School, Band Hall. They have some old brass instruments on the walls, and booth type seating. The owner is apparently a Taylor Native, and she has created a wonderful space. The place had plenty of business. The menu and variety were vast. The food was delicious, and I can't wait to go back and try some of the desserts and other items on the menu.
We found this gem shortly after we moved to the area a year ago and this is hands down our favorite restaurant. We have tried several things on their menu and each thing just gets better than the last but you can’t top their French toast. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. If I could give 10 stars I would, highly recommended!
Great food, variety menu. Food tastes awesome, perfectly prepared. We had the Cuban, mark my word it was fantastic and the Italian BLT. The BLT WAS Devine- prosciutto, basil pesto and tomato on your choice of bread. Cannot describe the bread - it was homemade if I could guess. So scrumptious. Loved the choice of sides, the fruit salad was a perfect companion. The staff are friendly, attentive and speedy! Definitely recommend this eatery. Clean EVERYWHERE you look. So comfortable and welcoming.
Had Sunday brunch with the girls and fell in love with this place! Will definitely be back! The fried green tomatoes were seriously impressive, we had to get a second order becausethey were so good. The French toast is delicious! Their entire menu is a fresh take on classic items, you won't be disappointed.
Best chicken fried chicken I have ever had. Amazing bacon jalapeno gravy. Vegetables out of this world! Quality, fresh ingredients. Great atmosphere in old band hall. Friendly professional wait staff. Can't wait to go back and try breakfast!
