This is the BEST pretzel place in all Austin.nNice young guys running this business at Lakeline Mall.nMe and my husband got a pepperoni pretzel at the wrong place because we thought it was the same one than Auntie Anne’s at the Mall and ud83eudd2e we were wrong. So we walked to the right one and this very young girl saw my face like.....“shit what I’m eating is not from here” and she gave me one real PEPPERONI PRETZEL for free. She saved my life!!!!nThanks.....you guys are the best!!!!!
Cashiers are either bad at counting or are trying to steal small cash sums from customers.nnWas told that my total was $4.75, I handed over 5 $1s. Was asked for 75 cents, countered that I had handed over $5. Instead of counting again I was told that I had only handed over $4 despite that I could see all 5 bills spread out in their hand. I got them to count again and was given my change. While walking away I noticed that I had been given a nickel instead of a quarter.nnMake sure to count your change before walking away from this place! Even for small amounts.nnPretzel was good though.
Great customer service! Quick and helpful in accommodating allergies. I am already excited for my next visit.
