Ordered sweet tea on kiosk and there was no sweet tea so I tried to get Pepsi but water came out. The Cesar salad had barely any dressing. MOST OF ALL the women’s restroom was dirty like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite awhile. Dust piled up on surfaces, toilet paper on the floor and baseboards were gross. It could use some attention and elbow grease.
The food and service here is very good, but there is nothing to order for breakfast now. They changed their menu, removing the best items. They no longer offer egg souffles. They make egg sandwiches on brioche, but only FOUR per day, and then they are out of bread. I won't be back until they expand their menu. It's sad, as I used to be a regular customer.
Disappointed of the hours I get there at 7 PM LADY SAID we close 7pm but we open the drive troughs until 8pmnHour said from 8pm to 8pmnDrive through. 8pm to 7pmnI was confused, food is exellent and service is good I love Panera bread .
