Let me start by saying, I read the 1 star reviews people left for this business. But what I noticed most was not the complaints. It was the responses to those complaints. From what I could tell, the owner tried to fulfill the wishes of the customer. And when there was a problem, the owner did their best to make it right. Also from my perspective, those leaving the complaints seemed to have expectations that were not grounded in reality. So I chose to give Sugar Shaker a try, and I was not disappointed. It was for my wife's birthday and she was very happy both with the presentation and the taste. And the guests we had over were impressed by the look of it as well. I should also add, it didn't stick around long. Good service. Decent, hard working people. I'll be back the next time I need any sort of sweets for an occasion.

The baked goods were amazing. Our kids have tremendously enjoyed the chocolate bombs- we bought at least ten different flavors and each one was delicious. The brownie as well as cupcakes were fresh and amazing. Those working were incredibly friendly, fun to talk with and helpful in helping us choose our purchases. Finally, as we are still very strictly quarantining (this was our exciting outing for the week!), it was a relief to see how spotless the bakery was, in addition to the seriousness of adhering to Covid protocols. Our children have only been to a handful of public places since March but we felt fine allowing them to be in Sugar Shakers.nCan't wait until we run out of chocolate bombs and go back for a refill!

Sugar Shaker was the only one to take in my order for a cake with 48 hours notice after getting stuck without one.... they communicated clearly and were forthcoming and accommodating! the cake was just as the picture we sent in and was delicious!! definitely on our 'go-to' list for future needs!

The ladies that run this bakery are so sweet, no pun intended :)...wow, the handmade perfection of these cupcakes and brownies was amazing. Definitely top of their craft. I highly recommend Sugar Shaker Bakery!!

I loved everything about working with this company! The tasting experience was great- no fuss, and our cakes for our wedding turned out more beautiful than I imagined. Our guests loved our cakes so much that the entirety was eaten of both cakes!!! This doesn't often happen at weddings. The folks at Sugar Shaker are great at what they do and their beautiful cakes helped make my wedding. I am so happy that we chose them for our special day.
