The Flooring Junction

I contracted The Flooring Junction to almost completely redo my floors in my 1600 sq ft home. They removed all the original carpet and hauled it away. Most of the new floor was vinyl plank, and the remainder was a tile job in a master bathroom. Everything was installed beautifully! The plank guys even cut out small bits of the vertical seam strips in the bedrooms so the quarter round would be flush and look good. Both the planks and the tiles were installed flawlessly. I've had a lot of floor work done over the years and this was excellent. Tim was wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!

They did a flooring job in a new build i had and did a great job. Came back bought dame flooring for cheaper from them and laid it myself since I had time.nnTim is great help and very nice guy!

This is my experience with flooring junction. They put laminate flooring in my living/dining room in summer 2017. June 2018 I text Darrell about my floor from my dining room to my back room was coming up. It needs a metal strip to cover it up but they did not put one on. So he said he’d call me this next week and come out and look at it. I haven’t heard from him since. Also they did poor trim job on my cabinets. I’m not a floor person and I know that’s not how it’s supposed to look. Yesterday when I was cleaning base boards I noticed in a corner that they just patched this corner. It’s all messed up and probably will be coming up before too long. Very nice people and got a good deal but poor work.nnFound another bad spot where they left a big opening from the floor to the trim. I guess I should of inspected every inch of the floor.

The Flooring Junction gave us a large selection of flooring options while working diligently with us to pick the right products for this house. The process could have been challenging, as I live in another city and the house needing flooring is in Athens, but Tim was was patient in working with us. He took responsibility for the project without oversight and completed the project on schedule. This is an honest company you can feel confident in working with. Further, The Flooring Junction is moderately priced as compared to other flooring companies in the area.
