GORGEOUS inside. If you don't end up buying anything, you'll still love the renovation and preservation of this old building downtown. Reasonable prices on Lazy Boy recliners compared to a bigger city. And the sweetest woman helped us that day. Park in the back for easier access and entry. :)

I just had someone at Hillards hang up on me. She was rude could not answer any questions correctly. But when she did they were wrong. We bought 2 chairs 4/22 during Pandemic. We were told on one of the chairs 6-8 weeks at the most. One was delivered to us same day. We thought what great service. We spent $4098.35 still no chair we are in 9th week. The girl on the phone could not tell me when manager would be there she said she wasn’t her secretary wow to talk to me or call me back. I myself if I didn’t know I would have called to find out. But she hung up on me. Very bad customer service and we thought we had found a new furniture place never again. Next call BBB and letter. Beware!

I have bought several things from Hilliard's over the last few years and have been very pleased. Recently bought a new bed frame and I love it so pretty and strong. Also bought some living room furniture that I am absolutely in love with. The delivery guys are polite and well trained. So glad their delivery includes setup. So many other places just bring you your stuff and leave it for you to assemble. Will continue to shop here for all my furniture needs in the future.
