What a delightful experience it is visiting your store. It’s so comforting to go in a place and see the employees enforcing wearing masks. I wish people would take it more seriously! Thank you for making my experience personal and having such kind and empathetic employees.
Definitely go to another location. This store has a seriously rude employee. Very rude to my daughter and wouldn’t help her with her phone. And he closed the store 45 minutes early on 2 different occasions.
My husband and I have been customers with Sprint for years. Different experiences at different stores, of course. Within the past year or so the Canton location hired a gentleman named Ashton and he is the absolute BEST!!!!! If you have any questions or concerns about your phone, or any device for that matter, or your plan, Ashton is the MAN! I was so sure my iphone was done for a few days ago... I barely had ANY sound coming out of it. Ashton recommended just trying compressed air and it worked like a charm!!!! I highly recommend if you visit this location, visit with Ashton!!!!
I have been with this company before it was every even thought of,of, have had my number since 1987, this store is Most disrespectful company ever, if you want someone to where you mask, then supply them with your scary fake games. I'll take my business to AT&T they don't treat you like trash
