Kalen has excellent customer service and would recommend anyone's business to her!
The people in the store are quite pleasant and as helpful as they can be... unfortunately they couldn't do much for my issue, it's more of a network thing. They did however give me a number to call and looked up a battery for me giving me very helpful advice and possible solutions. Although the phone number proved to be basically a waste of time. That wasn't on them in any way, that is entirely a Verizon thing.
Terrific service. My first time dealing with Lisa. She stayed after there scheduled work hours to finish my order. Which i greatly appreciated. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great customer service. Daniel is ALWAYS awesome!!!!!!!
