I was in severe pain with a sciatic nerve that pretty much seized up the left side of my leg while I was at work. It hurt to move, I could barely put on my socks much less work boots! Within a few sessions Kristy had me walking tall and moving painlessly again! It is a relaxing, professional environment, she works on you without having to disrobe, and will have you in less pain in no time! She is an absolute master at her profession and with her extensive knowledge, training and understanding of the human body I would highly recommend her to anyone in pain.
As a PT I have always been impressed with her knowledge and skill. Kristy has helped me several times with my shoulder and neck tension. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist.
Kristy is truly amazing at what she does! I work in a factory thats hard on my back and shoulders and in one session with Kristy I feel 1,000 times better! Truly gifted woman!!
I carry a lot of stress and tension on my pecs, shoulders, and upper back. When Kristy worked on me I actually felt the tense knots melting away with every breath I took. She also taught me some ways to stretch that help a lot. Good therapist!
