These ladies are amazing. They will honestly tell you if something is worth fixing or not. Saving a lot of time, money, and headache. PLUS they don't charge hourly rates like the other guys. Would recommend to everyone in the area.
Just sharing a story I heard through my family, these people sent out two techs to fix a printer connecting to an older lady’s PC. Both times neither of them succeeding in doing so, leaving after about two hours of trying each time. My mother in law offered to have me go over to her house and fix it, but due to work I had to go a trip for an extended period of time so she instead went ahead and tried to fix it. Took all of about 15 minutes until she was test printing successfully. Turns out gilmer computer tech still billed her for all that time her “techs” had spent doing essentially nothing. To be honest I wouldn’t have given them any money, but being the responsible member of society she is she still paid her bill, thereby supporting a company that can’t even do the simplest IT tasks. I wouldn’t ever take these people seriously when it comes to IT, as you can tell by all the 5 star reviews on here being less than half a sentence.
