I've gone in several times for removal of a tattoo on my face. The staff are extremely polite and not judgmental in the slightest. They've seen everything I'm sure. The appointments are always fast and I'm in and out within 10 minutes most times. Prices are extremely fair compared to other places and the whole building is very clean and pleasant to be inside. The staff wears masks and does a great job of social distancing. I would reccomend this place to anyone. Nothing but positive experiences.

This company is so fear based that they will allow you to come in without a mask to make a payment, but then will kick you out, call the police, and keep your payment, if you come in to an appointment without a mask.nI’d suggest you find another business that does not verbally abuse, cuss, and degrade their clients like I was.

Love, Love, Love! ud83dudc95 This place is the bomb! Awesome customer service! Experienced practitioners! Incredible prices! They are very honest and don’t sell you on things you don’t need. I really appreciate how warm and friendly everyone is. They are really down to earth. This is a place that will not make you feel uncomfortable visiting fresh faced in gym clothes. They are not pretentious, which is a good thing, because if I have to have on all my jewelry and a full face of makeup to be treated like a human being that’s typically my first and last visit to a place. Calista, y’all earned this good review! I’ve been so busy lately I wouldn’t have taken the time unless y’all were spectacular. Thank you for the exceptional service!

It has nice personell, however when in to ger a microneedling. I asked for numbing cream as their website specifically states it is available. The lady doing it saidthey did not use it. It was painful!! Was told redness will be gone within 5 hours. It has been 3 days and I am as red as I was when I came out of the office. Was told to just use Aquaphor for after care. I have learned from others experience that they were given aftercare kit with this treatment.
