We rented a 10x10 storage space today from Wiley. The whole process was very smooth and easy. Wiley was so very helpful and made everything simple to understand and was so fun to talk with. The whole facility was clean and organized. Masks were worn and social distancing took place. It’s so refreshing these days to have something work out so perfectly in this crazy world! We would totally recommend this place to anyone needing a storage unit!!
From booking the reservation to arriving at the office to sign the agreement was 5 stars . Wiley's expertise was very well appreciated. I definitely feel my treasures are in good hands. He answered all my questions about my storage concerns. I will definitely be spreading the word with my family and friends .
We just got a 10x10 storage space here and it couldn’t have been easier!! We dealt with Wiley who showed us around, gave us all the options, explained everything, and answered all the questions we had!! In a world when nothing is easier anymore, this actually was! I would recommend that anyone looking for a storage space should go and visit Wiley so he can take care of you! You will be happy you did!
I went online to look for a storage unit and I found Extra Storage. So, I reserved a storage space online. The next morning I received a call from Wiley. He walked me through the steps over phone and helped me get set up. He help me pick out the perfect size storage. Wiley was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks Wiley for all your help.
The place is really clean and the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Tamara helped us get situated and was very sweet. I highly recommend this place. Apart from having spacious storage they have great customer service. Thank you!
