This is a great pharmacy however is service a large area of residents on the East Side. Most of the staff are nice.
Told my extremely sick boyfriend his prescriptions would be ready at 11 am. We call after nobody contacts us and they say 2:30 pm. Fine. He goes to pick up his prescription for his asthma, and they refuse to give it to him, even LAUGHING AT HIM while he is visibly upset and having an asthma attack. I will never come here again and they are extremely lucky I wasn’t there. If you read this I promise I would’ve ruined your whole week and you should be ashamed to call yourself a medical professional.
Said it would be ready at 1:10, came back at 1:36, still not ready. Went to use good RX and made us start over . To get 2 basic prescriptions took longer than the root canal I needed the prescriptions for. And the root canal was better than this experience.
I don't write reviews but this is worth it. They called 3 separate times to make sure the price was something I would pay. Continually said yes. Came to pick it up two separate times and it wasn't ready. By the time I got my medicine I had already been out of it for a day, big no no there. In addition they filled it with the wrong size pills even though my prescription said different, confirmed this with the doctor. Just took it anyway because I needed it. Don't waste your time.
