First time coming here from FL. My husband and I was looking everywhere for a Cinnabon spot & finally found this one. We ordered a 6pack Cinnabon in the drive thru and wasn’t very pleased when we received the order, it was extremely hard & almost inedible. We went back around to the window and asked for fresh ones, And the manager i assume who’s name is KEKE, told us that the ones we received was the last batch and the next ones won’t be ready for another 30mins to which we responded that we were okay with that. When we pulled to the window she was extremely apologetic and even offered us complimentary drinks due to everything that had took place. This entire situation could’ve easily taken a wrong turn but I appreciate her customer service it was excellent honestly, we also received our new batch of Cinnabon’s and it definitely met our expectations. Customer service definitely goes a LONG way, thank you again Ms KEKE :)

I came here for a Cinnabon since I can’t find one around me... just moved here from NY. Was hoping it was going to be fresh.nnI step up to the counter there were flys all over the Cinnabon’s I told the cashier I did not want those nvm unless he had fresh ones... I had to run to the bathroom but he said he was getting new ones that needed to be warmed up so I said ok.nnThe ones that had flys I saw him throw out for the most part.nnWould never come back here. GROSS! Flys everywhere!
