I was told by Rabin that I was unable to return or exchange an accessory minutes after I purchased it. He told me the receipt said all sales are final which it clearly did not. I called corporate and was able to speak with some honest people who helped. After going to Best Buy to purchase the same accessory I received a call Rabin saying that I can exchange it now since his spoke with corporate. Rabin was very unhelpful. He refused to give me a managers name or his position with the store. I asked him I was from his community would he have helped me. He paused and said “ that’s different.”
Awesome service. The lady with the name Azaria gave really good price with my budget. Couldn't wait to through a good review. I recommend this metro pcs store for good price and good customer service. This will be my first choice store for future..!!
This metro location isn't very honest.They tried to sell me a screen protector for a different phone, and said that it doesn't fit my phone because the slight curves of my screen. My last one fit fine, and if it's meant for my phone type they shouldn't of had any problems with it fitting the screen. Plus you can order one pack of 3 screen protectors for 5$ on amazon, but they where trying to sell me just one for 15$ that wasn't even meant for my phone type.
Excellent customer service. Great price on accessories. I will tell my friends and family to buy from this location from now on.
The customer service here is beyond expectation they were able to do what another location was unable to accomplish they are knowledgeable on all of the product as well as hands down some of the best customer service I have ever received
