Dear Big Ben, You could not have sent 2 better people to help us than Hunter and Spencer. They used their intelligence and critical thinking skills to facilitate the best placement of furniture. And Hunter has become almost a part of our family with the 4 moves he has done for us. He’s always finding things he can do for us. With their help and spacial skills we came up with better furniture placement in some other rooms which we had not thought of. Thank you again. Your moving service has our highest recommendation. Big Ben's helped us with our move and they did amazing! They showed up a few minutes early to our storage unit which I appreciated. They sent Cole, Devin and Hunter and they were all very careful with our belongings while also being efficient. To empty a 10X15 storage unit that was stuffed full (like, really stuffed full), drive about 13 miles, then unload the truck took three guys a little over two hours. The only thing that surprised me was on the phone initially, I was told they'd send two guys and a truck, the two guys showed up without the truck at first (the truck was parked by our storage facility so no biggie) and a third guy showed up as well, in the end I think it would probably have ended up costing the same anyway though. I would definitely use Big Ben's again!

Great experience start to finish. They showed up exactly on time, they have a huge truck to make sure to fit everything, they immediately got to work, and we’re friendly throughout. They were conscientious the whole time both about our things as well as their labor hours. They were also very calculated and safe in moving the big important items. They had necessary equipment to guarantee efficient and safe move throughout. The fact that they are insured is also very comforting. WOULD AND WILL RECOMMEND.

Please, please, please, do not use this unprofessional company. They give you an "estimate" prior to your pick up, then the movers gave me the final cost for my move which was twice the amount! If you do have to use their service, just make sure you save about $2,000-4,000 more than what they originally quote you. Make sure that your apartment/house has access to a 18 wheeler truck. If not, you'll have to purchase their shuttle service, which I believe cost twice the amount of your square footage. I personally feel that I was scammed, and I would not recommend this service to anyone I love.

My wife and I recently used Big Ben's moving service for a local St George move. They were clean cut, punctual, friendly and did a great job! They didn't waste any time and had our belongings loaded and unloaded in two hours. Nothing was damaged and they placed things right where we asked them to. We would definitely use Ben again and would recommend him to everyone!
