Very pleased with the Backyard Oasis sales and service team. Recently received early delivery of my spa and it is excellent and getting used daily. The sales team kept me informed of delivery status during this challenging business climate, when spa inventory has essentially been depleted. The delivery crew was very knowledgeable and friendly and the follow up service, getting water adjustments was excellent. Great experience overall. Highly recommend Backyard Oasis to others in the future.

Always so friendly and helpful! And they never push their products if you want to price compare first....however I have learned to trust their process and their products, over saving a few dollars with generic brands, to keep my pool looking beautiful.
We have been using Backyard Oasis for all my pool and spa needs since 2015. You couldn't possibly ask for more helpful and pleasant service. We have had them do a range of work, everything from weekly pool maintenance, leaks, equipment repairs, spa relocation, and so forth. When I needed to buy a new spa, they gave me an excellent deal. They even arranged for the major step of having our pool deck reworked with serious changes and a new finish. My wife and I would recommend Backyard Oasis, without reservations, to anyone within their service area.
