Mattress One

Went up to buy a mattress before going to work store hours say 10 to 8 they don't accommodate the working people around here I called and talked to the lady at the store she was very helpful and very polite stating that she had no control over what time the store opened I asked her if there was a customer service number I could call to see if they could accommodate all the working people in the community here in Livingston, I stayed on hold with the customer service number she gave me for over 20 minutes then all the sudden it was just disconnected they have very poor customer service and they also should take in consideration in reading the other reviews here as I did because I do agree that this store should open at 8:00 a.m. like all the other stores in the area so hopefully someone important will read all of the reviews here and consider changing the hours of this store I truly do believe they're losing a lot of business because they just lost mine I purchased the same item that I seen through the show Room floor at their competitor because they opened at 8 and I could go before I went to work.. When you work 12 hour days it would be nice to get your shopping done before going to work because by the time you get off work the store is closed.

I worked with Darla. I have never had someone work so hard ro meet our budget and get us EXACTLY what we wanted. Extremely happy and excited for delivery.n*** update- its been a week. The sterns and foster bedding and adjustable base are amazing. Best sleep I've had in years. Darla knew what we needed based on how I told her we sleep. I was unsure when she recommended the firmness, but she hit the nail on the head. Darla has great product knowledge and good advice on styles of mattresses. Extremely satisfied with purchase. We recommend seeing DARLA.

Darla was wonderful she just took over the store and is very accommodating to work with customers to try to get them approved. She helped my wife and me today and was able to get us a mattress that is a lot more comfortable than we have.

Darla and Shane are amazing they are not out to just sell a bed or mattress they make it easy. They take the time to explain the different mattresses and make the buying process easy and willing to help in many ways I would highly recommend going to them if you are looking for an amazing bed buying experience
