Rude manager. Had a love seat delivered before they could get it off the truck seen a roach crawl out of it. So becareful what you get. Will not go back.

The staff member who I talked to was unknowable and was rude. I usually deal with the Cleveland Texas store,and I will continue!!!!!! I will not be going back to the Livingston Texas store!!!!!! After writing to the corporate office the manager of Cleveland store called me and after me contacting the manager at the Livingston store we came to an agreement and the problem was solved.

Dalton was very knowledgeable and kind. Aaron's is a great place to get furniture. The delivery team was great and professional as well.
