Jeff, the pharmacy manager was both helpful and caring. I have found that the staff I have dealt with there to all be courteous and accommodating. I have always leaned toward the theory that you are treated with the same respect you treat others.
Lisa did an amazing job taking care of of us today. We showed up within 30 minutes of closing and trying to fill a prescription without having my insurance card. She was so kind and also helpful throughout the entire process. She truly made us feel like family.
I went to the doctor early this morning, knowing it would take walmart a while to fill the prescription, around 9, and had them sent to walmart, like always. I am signed up for text notifications for when my prescription is ready...I got the text at 5:30, and they close at six today. I'll be using a new pharmacy from now on.
I don't know how this pharmacy has 3.4 stars. I pickup my vitamins here for and prescriptions for my 3 month old. Every time I come here there is a long line and they are backed up. I called last night at 6:20 after waiting an hour for a prescription they said would be ready by then. I live out of town so I drove around with my baby in my car until then. When I called to check on it at that time they said it would not be ready for another 30 minutes. They then called me at 7 and told me it wouldn't be available because they had to have it verified from the prescriber. Absolutely ridiculous. My son was running a low fever and needed that medicine. He had to wait for almost 2 hours only for them to say it wasn't going to be ready. Will never come there again.
When the truck delivered on time I got my meds. Great staff.
