Outstanding service. Very experienced and knowledgeable staff that went above and beyond with a difficult repair job. Exceptional prices, overall great experience.
I brought in my PRS to have new pickups installed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The luthier (Chip?) did an excellent job on the volume pots and PU swap-out. Clean soldering and good set up. Fast turn-around time. This is now my go-to place for guitar work.
My son bought a guitar there approx 1993. Took it back to get strings, etc. Passed it on to my granddaughter. I have great memories of wandering around with my son looking at all the new and unique guitars. Love this place. May be one of the only of it's kind left.

This a Good Place. I will say Great Customer service. During this covid-19 they let me place and order and met me at the door. Nobody wants to order guitar strings online. There life savers.
