Cute cafe with great food and good customer service. Don't be in a hurry. If it's busy it will take a while. The couple next to us were close so we talked to them. Very nice people. Huge glass of water served. I think I had a Monte Christo that was not deep fried. Happy it was not. My sister had a cup of coffee. Coffee is as good. We took home a blackberry cobbler. It had a good crust and blackberries were good, fresh. Their french toast my sandwich was as made out of was good. They also have home made blackberry jam. Hard to find parking.

Wow, what a surprising and unpresumptuous good find! I had a tomato basil soup, quiche, and a spinach salad with their homemade salad dressing (delicious). My spouse had the country fried chicken with the soup as well. We topped off the very generous portions with their blackberry cobbler and ice cream, which was the only meal that didn't quite live up to the expectations. All in all, everything was quite delicious.nImportant to note: of three wait staff, only one wore a mask. Those delivering our food or taking our order did not.

There chicken fried steak breakfast is amazing and the service is great, supper kind staff. My favorite breakfast joint

I love Whistle Hill restaurant. For me the best cheese burger in town with an over easy egg and bacon with a side of fries. The lemon coconut butter milk pie is wonderful can’t leave without getting a slice.

Loved the food, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Felt like being at home while eating a home cooked meal. The staff was super friendly, and kind, even though they were super busy they made sure to give special individual care to each customer. Highly recommend!
