I reserved a truck to be picked up on the morning of October 10th. That morning at 0830, the office called me and told me there wasn't a truck and "MAYBE" there would be a truck at 11am. I was supposed to pick my truck up at 0900. How does this happen? I had movers coming at 10am and NO TRUCK!! Please let me know how this happened. Conf # 1808234738460 with pick up at Hilltop Truck Rental in St. George Utah. We will never be using Budget truck rental again.
