Well I don't like to talk bad about my hometown but, I agree with a couple of the one and two star reviews of this metro store. I tell you what if Amarillo was the closest place I had to go to have service done well I'll make a day trip out of it. This one particularly rude individual at that store claims to be owner or part owner or what and he can pretty much do whatever he wants to do. Cleburne and Burleson are just a hop skipping away go there if you want to invest any good money. This Alvarado shop is only good to pay your bill and that's about it sad to say, there are bad apples at every place.
Dishonest! Gave deer lease address and upon associate investigating coverage map on computer, said I'd have 4g service at and around the address given. Service cuts out completely more than five miles out!
I called wanted to donate a phone and some covers and the girl came out to the car and was so sweet could not ask for anybody better then she was with her disposition very polite and very helpful
I came in and the staff are very helpful, respectful, and always help me when I need it I would refer my friends to this metro in particular
Great service. Even helped me set up my prime. Went to other metro did not help. Thanks Dalia!
