My husband and I purchased a Serta iComfort mattress six years ago with a 10 year warranty. We also purchased the protective cover for almost $100 to protect from any stains. The mattress has incurred deep hollows and is no longer comfortable to sleep on causing back pain and discomfort. It was evaluated for an exchange but was not approved because of a stain that the mattress cover did not protect.nnUPDATE: We just received an e-mail stating they are willing to exchange our mattress. My husband and I are very thankful and are happy that customer service and customer satisfaction is important to them. Thank you so much.
