First of all Mr. Kelly killed it with customer service !!! My wife’s N95 mask bands snapped, Mr. Kelly gave my wife a mask after seeing her holding it with her hand walking around the store. I offered mine but she said no that she was fine.. My wife is a trooper!!! Furthermore, Mr. Kelly gave us a great experience shopping at Mattress Firm.. he sold us the greatest bed in the world and gave us next day delivery... This is the 2nd time we come to mattress firm after purchasing our mattress 5 years ago. My husband and I had such an amazing experience with Noel. He was so informative and educated on all the mattresses! He was so happy to help us and didn’t hesitate in answering any of our questions. He also got our items the very next day which was a BIG plus. We were just so happy to have him help us and we are definitely coming back for our 3rd purchase in the future. I've been calling Mattress Firm for 5 days keep getting disconnected. Finally was in conversation with an associate and again got disconnected. I guess they're having serious issues with their phones I don't have a clue
