I really enjoy the attentiveness and efficiency of the nurses that performed laser hair removal for me. Ice packs recommended. I had my full body done and only 90 minutes to do it. We got it done in 90 minutes but it was a tight squeeze and I don’t know how anyone not petite and/or needs more time to breathe etc would finish this kind of treatment in one session.

I wish the front desk/reception was more welcoming and friendly. When they first called me to schedule my appointment and again to confirm my appointment, they seemed really dull and not friendly. They didn't ask if I had any questions or concerns before coming in for the first time. On my way over to my first appointment, I got very nervous and was afraid that everyone in the clinic would be like that. I wish that experience was a better reflection of the clinic as they are the first to greet personally greet you. However, I really enjoyed my first time experience with JJ. She was so kind, patient, and understanding with me as I braced myself for this experience. She made it easy, comforting, and quick!

So pleased with my service! I am about 90% done with my laser hair removal treatments and have loved my experience so far. I’ve seen great results and the staff have been so great with making sure my specific goals could be met within the treatment plan.

They’ll take your $6,000+ and then tell you the day of your booked treatment that it’s ‘not a good time for the hair cycle’ to get treated but that you need to wait another 3-6 weeks... while I’m standing at the front desk arrived for my appointment we made 5 weeks ago.... When the next available appointment isn’t until 2 months from now ! Wow. There’s a cutoff date when they will start making you pay for the treatments again instead of the ‘lifetime amount’ that you purchased. So it’s really a race against the clock/calendar for when you have to start paying again. The receptionist is an unprofessional grown adult child who will interject while you and someone are speaking, told me quarantine is the reason they have to reschedule me today... Which makes ZERO sense. She rolled her eyes and told me she’s sticking up for her coworkers by giving me attitude, when their only job is to schedule me properly. The receptionist working August 25th at 10am specifically needs training in professional customer service and how to be courteous.
