Massage Envy

Worst massage I've ever had and weird too... I was telling my daughter about it, she use to be a massage therapist years ago. She had him once too and agrees with me, wish I could remember his name, he barely touches...he kinda moves his hand over you...and has really strange moves. . .terrible, just terrible! Sorry I can't remember his name but be where... I hope you don't get him! PS I'd give no stars but then i couldn't write this....well the front desk person was nice, she gets the star.

I don’t recommend to anyone to set up a Spa Envy account. I’ve been a customer since 2015 and I have over 20 services stores up, struggle to schedule appointments, often have my appointments canceled, and have found the reception desk entirely un-sympathetic to both my feedback and my complaints. There are many options for services like massage and this option will take a lot of money, promise convenience, and deliver nothing but high-cost stress. This review does not reflect on the quality of massage/skincare service I’ve received, which has been wonderful.

I hesitate to write a review for this place, just so I can avoid having too many other people discover it so that I can't go!nnI went for a non-medical massage and was delivered a delightful experience. Not only did I walk away relaxed and refreshed, but I got some of my range of motion back. I highly recommend this place.nnStaff is funny, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I will be returning again.

Really hospitable staff & great atmosphere at Massage Envy - Northgate Mall.

I have been having regular massages here for 3+ years. I always make certain my massage will be given by Arthur. He's the best! His listens closely to your concerns/problem areas and addresses those, which may be vastly different at each visit. He can be as gentle or deep as you like (I prefer a strong massage-shiatsu-like) and most importantly, you feel comfortable talking or having your massage in complete silence. Sometimes the practitioner can give off a chatty vibe.....not Arthur. He follows your lead and your massage will be exactly as you want it to be.
