MetroPCS & Metro Asurian Insurance have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would not recommend it to family & friends. I am appalled by their representatives inability to attend & resolve a simple claim. I was given the run around. I had not one, but three representatives hang up on me without any resolution to the problem. I wouldn't even give them a one star rating, but that's the only way to give your honest review. I am extremely dissatisfied with MertoPCS & Metro Asurion Insurance. #TheWorstCS
