Top notch service. Went to the Brownsville best buy yesterday and had a horrible experience. The guy at the reception desk when you first enter is courteous, knowledgeable, and a true business professional. If there were more employees such as him in every best buy, they would all be top tier.nEdit: Every time I go here, I'm always left impressed with the tact, knowledge, and overall quality of employees. Great store from the first time I went, to every time I've visited since. Wish I could give more than 5 stars really.

I am so not happy with the customer service here. I bought a washer and dryer on March 17 the dryer is on back order which is completely fine and I understand that and it was supposed to be delivered in May. The washer however is in stock and it was set for delivery April 1, however I received an email stating that I made changes to my account for curbside pick up of the washer. I never made these changes, I never authorized these changes, so I called the one 800 number customer service to see what happened and they told me the changes had been made in the store but could not tell me who or a name or the reason why they made those changes. I tried to schedule the installation and delivery again however they didn’t have anything available until the end of May, tell me how that is right. I was fine with the delivery of the washer on the first of April and I was fine with the delivery of the dryer in May I comprehended the situation Involving the back order. I made time to be home on the first to have the washer delivered but yet someone takes it into their own hands to go ahead and make changes to my order without a simple phone call or making sure it was OK. Needless to say I requested a refund and I will be taking My money elsewhere.

Visited twice over two days. The customer service was just outstanding! A employee even recognized us and helped us find what we needed.nYou won't find that level of customer service at walmart....that's for sure!nCurbside pick up orders are also ready within two hours, simply unbeatablenKeep up the great work!

Good best buy. Curb side ordering available using the best buy app. They take it straight to you if you are parked in the curb side parking spaces to your left immediately entering the lot up front.
