I walked in here two days ago for a consultation with a stylist that the front desk recommended. Next day came in for my appointment to have my hair severely messed up. I asked for belayage to help lighten my hair. I received a mix of 90s style poorly done highlights. I ended up having to take off of work for a massive color correction that took a whopping 6 hrs. I didn't get home till past midnight. My deal with this situation is that the front desk failed me, the stylist failed me, and no one from the salon was available to step in to help fix the disaster. They asked me to come in the following mid morning. Very inconsiderate. Please look at the horrible pictures and run far away if you are looking for a modern salon who stays at the fore front of coloring techniques. This is an outdated salon where stylist have been in the industry for many years and do not listen. He basically did whatever disaster he wanted and obviously was clueless about current techniques or how to properly tone my hair to remove brassy tones. I left in tears with shaky hands.

Awesome experience here! If you want to be pampered, this is the place to come. We had our nails done our hair done and our makeup done and everything was excellent. In addition the people they were incredibly friendly I didn't even mind when we sat down to eat lunch in the lobby. I would definitely come again!

Ask for Sue! I came here for a facial and got it with Sue. She was absolutely amazing! She's been doing this for 26 years and is such a nice and sweet lady. She gives a great and deep facial and feel completely renewed. Amazing extractor!

The people here are FABULOUS. They were super accommodating before I even walked in the door. When I called, they told me it would be about an hour wait before I could be seen for a hair appointment (it was 5:30pm), but I went anyway. As soon as I got there, I was greeted and told to have a seat. After 5 minutes, someone came and got me, I was shampooed and had to wait another 5(ish) minutes before I could see the stylist. While I was waiting, a masseuse, Colleen, was on her way out and stopped by to give me a sample massage. She was amazing, and I'll definitely go back to get a full massage from her soon! My hair was cut in 5 minutes and I was literally out of the door before 6:15. Everyone was SO NICE and so helpful. They had a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that you normally don't get at an upscale salon.nnI went into Michaelyndon agitated from a sour experience with a different salon just minutes before and I walked out feeling 100x better. They lifted my spirits and made me feel like I was a person they really cared about, not just another customer.nnI HIGHLY recommend going to this salon.
