This was my first float and I couldn't believe how great the full experience was. I stopped by Monday and during conversation Jamie recommended that I wait to float since I'd shaved and gotten a haircut. I called Tuesday and Breanna was able to help with an appointment. She was totally welcoming and so friendly. She guided me through the entire process and helped with the oxygen bar after, which is the perfect way to end a float. I was so relaxed after the session but also had energy. Bravo to both of these ladies for making a terrific first impression.
I really wanted to enjoy my experience. The actual floating was pretty nice, but I cannot recommend this business for the simple fact that it didn’t bring me any peace of mind; instead, I got a nasty ear infection. They tell you that the salt in the tank kills off all the bacteria. Well, my doctor and my inflamed-as-hell ear can tell you otherwise. One month later, I am still contending with the pain and inconvenience this has caused me, not to mention $130 in ear drops and antibiotics. Never again.
Customer service was excellent! The hospitality was amazing! You feel right at home. Beautiful establishment.
