So let me start by saying DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ! We paid in full before the driver left Houston for Colorado. They arrived and explained we still owed 235.00. And they would not give is our stuff till we paid more. The accounting office said it was a math error. Lampshades were all ruined, we are missing items, glass lampshades were broken, several items are just missing like my electric razor, 3 sets of bamboo sheets from Cariloha, two electric cigarettes, and they lost parts to my Computer desk. Two leather chairs were damaged. My personal clothing was used as packing material and was taped around other items. Clothing was also stuffed into the bottom of hanger boxes, not hung on the hanger bars. Framed art was jammed into boxes without packing material separating the frames. A canvas painting now has a permanent indentation. About a dozen numbered boxes could not be accounted for.nThis was not a happy experience.
I hesitated a little when I booked since they are a family-run business and there aren't a lot of reviews online.nnIt turns out I am so happy I booked this company. The moving team called half hour in advance and arrive exactly on time!!! not one minute late not one minute earlier.nnOnce the team arrived, the movers acted very efficiently and they are a very nice and smart team to work with. They didn't stall and finish early.nnThanks for making my moving experience so much easier and pleasant.
Prompt, courteous and friendly service. Arrived within the time slot given and even called to give us an eta. Once the team arrived, the movers quickly, safely and efficiently wrapped and moved our things. Great experience. We also enjoyed all of the follow up the company has done from start to finish.
I hope I will not be moving anytime soon, but if I do these guys will be the ones moving me.nnI was so impressed with everything! They were so easy to work with and made the move very stress free!!nnTHANK YOU to Daniel and his whole team :)
