Wonderful experience here as always and the manager, Salvador, was able to find me a great chair. His knowledge about the products and most of all his patience with me helped me decide on the most comfortable zero gravity chair ever! Thanks!!

I would just like to commend this location and the manager for excellent customer service. I purchased a mattress here about a year ago and was given some credit to use. The mattress has been great, no issues. I completely forgot about the credit and went back recently to inquire if I could still use it since I needed a mattress protector. The manager did explain that the credit expired 90 days after purchase, but since I explained the reasoning for coming to the store he decided to honor a portion of the credit and gave me the mattress protector for FREE. I know that I should have paid more attention, but I’m really thankful that this location took the time to listen and honor the credit. Will definitely be back for future purchases!!

The first time I went into this store I was very impressed with both the merchandise and the sales people. They were very informative and listened to what we wanted. Not only did we get a good education, we feel like we bought the best that we could could buy. The attention given is like days gone by that we used to get when shopping in stores. I highly recommend this friendly store!

Went to Relax the Back Rice Village location over the weekend as my boyfriend and I were shopping for a new mattress. Linda Garcia was our consultant and was fantastic to work with! She did an excellent job in explaining the different mattresses, the adjustable base, the anatomy of our backs, and what would work well for our situations. She is very knowledgeable and explains things in a very concise manner that is easy to understand without being pushy. We had a great experience and bought our dream mattress set. Would highly recommend this location for their great customer service - especially Linda!
