This place is great! Great location and great staff! Benny helped me. I intended to go in and look (as I was looking for a purple mattress and I know how expensive they are) I ended up coming out with a purple 3! Benny was NOT pushy, he was understanding, knowledgeable and helpful! I would not have changed anything about my experience except my decision to not get the purple sheets ud83dude02. I'm happy with my purchase, it's the best “splurge“ item I've ever invested in! And the monthly payments are a Breeze! I'm not worried about the overall price of the mattress at all anymore. Plus there is no interest! Thank you, Benny!!!

I went with my mother to help her buy a new bed at the Kirby location. My mother is a difficult customer. Thank you Benny and Andy! They go beyond helpful. They both were so kind to her and very informative! They know everything you need to know when purchasing a new mattress. Since my mom doesn't use the computer, I promised her I'd write the review. Andy was a pleasure to work with. He was very considerate and accommodating to me and my mother-in-law. She was buying her first mattress in a long time and he was very kind and compassionate with both of us. He took the time to explain everything and let her try several mattresses and platform beds. We highly recommend Andy at mattress firm!

Brandon treated us great. He was very courteous and was interested in us as people and not only as buyers. He is very personable and engaging. He was patient explaining the products with great detail. He is very chill which is refreshing in a salesman. I recommend him highly and suggest you ask for him to help you in purchasing a mattress.

Best mattress shopping experience ever! We started looking for mattresses at the Rice Village location. Patric helped us. He was very nice and helpful. We ended up having to swing by the Kirby location because we wanted to see the Purple mattress in person which was not on the floor at the Rice Village location. Andy helped us. He spent time with us and answered all of our questions even though he knew we were already working with Patric. He seemed happy to help. On our third trip to the store, we went to the Kirby location to see the Purple options again. Benney helped us this time. Once again, excellent service. He completed the sale even though he knew we had already worked with Patric and Andy. They all three seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied customers and that we were making the right purchase for us. Really nice guys! I really appreciate the excellent service and the willingness to go out of their way to help us.
