I've had the worst experience at this store due to the blatant lies and fraudulent behavior exhibited by the store sales person to both myself and my wife. Further when we called Customer Service, they said they would privately speak to the sales associate to get their version of events and never got back to us.nnOur mattress is not usable, the two primary reasons that we made this investment for myself and my wife does work even though they in store continued to promise us they would. Further, customer service recommends us to keep a different setting for 30 days before changing it to another one and then trying to run down their so called 100 day return clock after which they walk away after duping yet another customer.nnI had heard great things about customer service and customer orientedness of Sleep number, but fair to say we have been disappointed and we felt like we were cheated and duped.

Nice gadgety beds and cool staff

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Patiently answered all our questions. The beds can be quite pricey but they are great. You be the judge!
