If I could give 0 stars I would. This place almost acts like they don’t exist. I am wishing to study abroad and the only thing getting in the way of that isn’t even COVID, it’s this place. Haven’t been able to talk to anyone about my application in 2 and a half weeks and I haven’t received my documents back in A MONTH. It really should be illegal to carry such sensitive documents for so long. Now I’m not even sure if I’ll be able to study in Israel bc of this embassies admins. What a bummer and a waste of money and time. If this is your consulate, pls choose a different country to visit.
Called and emailed for one month ago in August to find out what I need to do to get clearance to got Israel in September. Finally figured out which buttons to push to get to a live person last week. Everyone very nice once i spoke to them. They even called me back when they saw they missed my call. Must call during certain hours and follow the prompts to get to a live person. When u call, press English, consular, visa and u will get someone. Hope this helps.
Have tried contacting via email and phone for over 8 months. Not once have they ever answered the phone or emailed back.
