My husband went in this morning (Saturday) around 10:45 and waited for over 30 minutes for his order. The place was packed and it seemed as though they were having trouble getting orders out timely and efficiently. Several people asked for refunds and my husband ended up asking for a refund as well. Sounds like they need better management to help facilitate during high volume periods.
First time dining at this location. I love Einstein bros and this one didn’t disappoint! The lox and bagels were amazing! The cashier her name was Love was really nice and friendly. All the staff was great!
Excellent service, great quality and affordability! I got 3 dozen bagels plus a bunch of flavored Schmear for a work thing. Service was prompt, and accurate, and friendly.
Although I love their bagels ud83eudd6f , the morning service staff is very slow. Whoever manages the Kirby location in Houston, TX needs help hiring at least 4 employees. If you have an 1/2 hr to spare in morning before work, go and wait for one bagel.
They've gotten much quicker and better! The guy in the back is the glue and the reason they do so well
