Big Lots

For a Big Lots, this place is really expensive. I haven't been in a Big Lots in years, but I remember their prices being much more reasonable. Their stuff is nice, but it's like buying home decor from Kroger - everything costs about twice what you are willing to pay. Target is cheaper.

My sister an I were looking for curtains & curtain rods for a renovation. A small one but a home to me for now. It was great to find everything we needed. All at a great price ! It's overrated, just like it has always been. Good deal on SOME things! Rip off on MOST things... Guest service at checkouts mediocre at best. Get ur guest service right, and I guarantee people would almost look over the shady prices

I love this store but HORRIBLE customer service. went in looking for couch and bed no one ever stopped to ask if we needed help. just stood around for half hour waiting to find help. Had to leave and take my business else where!!

Nice store that usually clean and offers good deals on different household items.
