Wanted a $299 dresser. I was told they don't staff there store appropriately to take it same day. I can make a appointment to come back on Tuesday or Thursday from 11-3. Told them I work during the day they said someone can come pick it up for me. Im not going to inconvenient someone to pick up something for me because a business wont let me take it myself.

Absolutely nice place I like most

Absolutely horrible customer service. Pick up is between 11-3 on Tuesday and Thursday. We show up at 2:50 dial in the number in the waiting room. The sales man tells us we can not pick up we need to be here earlier. He said the guy that loads everything gets off at 3:00. If that’s the case the hours need to change from 11:00-2:00.
